A fruit bowl and a wellbeing poster do not move the needle on burnout. Lasting change comes from giving people genuine, repeatable tools to regulate stress and reset their focus, the kind they can use at their desk on a hard day.

That is what these sessions deliver. I draw on over two decades of teaching yoga, breathwork and meditation in corporate, school and community settings to create programs that are practical, inclusive, and grounded in how bodies and nervous systems actually work.
