Energy Healing, EFT & Relaxation
Energy healing, EFT and relaxation offer a gentle, restorative way to release tension and rebalance how you feel. Drawing on Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, EFT tapping and sophrology-based relaxation, I work with the body's own energy and nervous system to ease stress, quiet an overactive mind, and restore a deep sense of calm and wellbeing. Sessions are available in Adelaide and online, and are tailored to whatever you most need.
Reiki and Jin Shin Jyutsu
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-near) practice that supports relaxation and the body's natural capacity to rebalance. Jin Shin Jyutsu, a Japanese art of harmonising the body's energy, works in much the same way, using gentle holds to release tension and restore flow.
Neither is forceful or invasive. You stay fully clothed and simply rest while the work is done. Most people describe the experience as deeply calming, like a long exhale their body had been waiting for.
EFT tapping and sophrology-based relaxation
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or tapping) combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with focused attention, helping to settle anxious feelings and ease the emotional charge around a worry or memory.
Sophrology and relaxation draw on slow breathing, gentle awareness and guided visualisation to bring body and mind back to a calm, grounded baseline. Together these tools give you a reset in the moment, and simple practices you can use again on your own.
A reset for an overstretched system
We carry stress physically, in tight shoulders, shallow breath, and a mind that will not switch off. This work meets that tension where it lives, helping the nervous system drop out of high alert and into rest.
Sessions are especially supportive during times of change, recovery, grief or burnout, and they sit comfortably alongside any other care you receive.

Most people feel a deep, pleasant relaxation, sometimes warmth, a gentle tingling, or simply a profound sense of calm. There is no right way to experience it. You rest, fully clothed, and let your nervous system settle. Many describe leaving lighter, clearer and noticeably more peaceful.
EFT, or tapping, is a gentle self-soothing technique that pairs light tapping on acupressure points with focused attention on what you are feeling. It can help take the edge off stress, worry or a difficult memory. It is simple, non-invasive, and something you can learn to use on your own between sessions.
