Wellbeing coaching is practical, forward-looking support to help you feel steadier and more in control of your days. Where holistic sessions create space to slow down and be heard, coaching adds gentle structure: together we look at what is draining you, build realistic habits, and give you tools to manage stress and regulate your nervous system. Sessions are available in Adelaide and online, and shaped entirely around your goals.
Support that looks forward
Coaching is for the times when you know roughly where you want to get to (calmer mornings, better boundaries, more energy) but the day-to-day keeps pulling you off course. We start from where you are, not from a template.
Each session blends honest, judgment-free conversation with practical strategy: small, doable steps that fit your real life rather than an ideal one.
Tools you keep
Alongside the bigger picture, you will leave with concrete tools, breathing and relaxation practices, simple ways to interrupt stress, and habits that protect your energy. Drawn from yoga, mindfulness and my wider wellbeing toolkit, they are yours to keep using.
Coaching works well on its own, or alongside holistic support, energy work or yoga, depending on what you need.

They overlap and complement each other. Holistic support is a caring space to slow down, feel heard and reconnect with yourself. Coaching is more forward-looking and structured: we set gentle goals, build habits, and work on practical strategies for stress and energy. Many people move between the two, or blend them.
No. Wellbeing coaching is supportive, practical guidance, not clinical or registered counselling or psychology. It sits alongside (and never replaces) any medical or psychological care you receive. If something falls outside my scope, I will say so and encourage you to speak with the right professional.
Coaching is arranged individually, since the format and rhythm vary from person to person. Send me a message about what you are navigating and I will share current pricing and suggest a good starting point.
